What’s your sector focus at Granger Reis and why do you like it?
People! I am responsible for all things talent at Granger Reis. I have a background in Executive Search so it is fascinating to now be on the other side – looking after the team internally. In the words of Richard Branson: “Clients do not come first. Employees come first. If you take care of your employees, they will take care of the clients.”

What excites you about the future for the executive search industry?
Executive Search is connected to so many other industries, if not all. As partners to our clients, we have the ability to influence key decisions. Naturally with that influence comes responsibility and we have to be better. Historically the industry has been exclusive and classist, where people in power have helped people in power – this is simply not acceptable anymore.

In your opinion, what makes Granger Reis different?
The culture. GR has a team of brave people that embrace change. We are continuously learning and pushing the boundaries, not as a PR stunt but because we care. It doesn’t mean it is easy to admit when we’re wrong but we will keep trying.
