What’s your sector focus at Granger Reis and why do you like it?
My focus is in Natural Resources, specifically within the Mining & Metals industry. The real-world impact of our field is fascinating, we help shape a more sustainable future across the globe and to be involved in the process of pioneering the movement to a more sustainable future is incredibly rewarding.

What excites you about the future for the executive search industry?
We work with our clients to find the next executive leaders to make these influential changes happen, and it’s a niche that is becoming more prominent as the world around us evolves to face its challenges from the top down.

In your opinion, what makes Granger Reis different?
No project is the same, and we search all corners of the globe to find the right fit; this exposes me to a wide variety of cultures and business’s globally which I enjoy being introduced to. We’re always evolving, always adapting, and always searching for innovative ways to better ourselves in executive search.
