What’s your sector focus at Granger Reis and why do you like it?
I’m an Associate within the Natural Resources team, specialising in the Mining and Metals sector and supporting the delivery of senior executive searches. What I find particularly exciting about the industry is the crucial role it plays in the global transition to a more sustainable future. Mining provides the critical materials that underpin everything, from aluminium and lithium for electric vehicles to iron ore for renewable energy infrastructure such as wind turbines and solar panels - making strong and forward-thinking leadership more important than ever. This industry requires some of the best brains in the world, so I’m especially excited about helping to identify leaders who can navigate an evolving industry, champion greater diversity and inclusion, and deliver meaningful and sustainable change.

What excites you about the future for the executive search industry?
The landscape is constantly evolving. With increased efficiencies such as AI and automation changing the way the world is working, we have the opportunity to be trailblazers in our industry through our innovative approach to executive search. Who wouldn’t be excited about that?
