The work we do treats people and the planet as importantly as profit – where business successes do no harm, but always benefits everyone and everything around it.


For us, B Corp is more than a badge. It represents a significant shift in our business structure, how we work and our commitments. We act knowing we’re accountable, and must depend on each other for the good of the business, future generations and the planet.

Our partnership with Earthly is helping us reduce our carbon footprint and drive change around us by supporting high-quality nature-based projects.

We support causes such as renewable energy and sustainable farming that drive real change. Our efforts offset 120% of our footprint, and continue to drive global change through a wide spread of international projects.

Employee support

  • Tinqwise: training to help us create a safe environment that supports the giving and receiving of feedback for a constructive, progressive workplace.
  • Myndup: providing our employees with real-time access to mental health support that empowers our teams to be happier, healthier and more fulfilled in both their everyday lives and at work.

Community focus

  • Membership: we are members of the Stanhope Foundation, an arm of B Corp developer Stanhope, which helps people get into work either for the first time or following a prolonged break. Our membership includes support in three main areas: fundraising; volunteering; and supporting their networking.
  • Sponsors: We have increased our sponsorship of the Bristol Bears Women’s Rugby Team, whose vision is to inspire their community through sporting success.
  • Volunteering: We partner with Engineers Without Borders on their ‘Engineering for People’ programme and often participate in educational conferences and events to help young talent succeed in gaining entry to university and develop their career opportunities. Each GR employee also receives two days per year to volunteer with a charity of their choice.
