I am a Principal in the Real Estate practice. Supporting organisations to find leaders who enable them to make a tangible difference to the world and leave a lasting legacy for future generations is a real privilege.

What excites you about the future for the executive search industry?
Over the past 12 years of my executive search career, I have witnessed profound change in the industry. I love that it is never steady state. Gone are the days of the old “black book” - we are true experts in our field with specialist and deep knowledge of our industry sectors. The future of the industry is truly exciting, particularly with the impacts of data and technology constantly improving our search processes.
