Craig Davidge joins the board having started at Granger Reis as a consultant in 2018 and has grown into a key figure in its evolution, now leading the firm’s Smart Infrastructure division.
In this role, he supports organisations navigate the profound changes reshaping both digital infrastructure and the energy sector, where technology is at the heart of transformation.
Andrew Hodgson starts as an experienced strategic advisor whose career spans decades of financial and operational leadership in scaling high-growth businesses.
These appointments mark a significant step for the Bristol-HQ'd company, reinforcing its commitment to combining external expertise with internal excellence to support clients navigating complex change on a global scale.

Craig Davidge’s appointment also represents a notable moment for the firm – the first time a board member has risen through the ranks from consultant level.
Joining the business as a Principal Consultant in 2018, Craig has played a pivotal role, working across multiple areas of the business as a central part of its international business development programme focused on global infrastructure and technological transformation.

Andrew Hodgson spent 33 years with KPMG, culminating in the role of senior partner for the firm’s Bristol office, overseeing a team of 600 people.
Since leaving KPMG, Andrw has run his own consultancy Unify, focused on advising growth-focused businesses, blending board-level insight with hands-on dealmaking and strategic consultancy.
