Introducing … our new Digital Infrastructure Practice

Managing Partner Jamie Page and Steve Dargan, our new Practice Leader, talk all things Digital Infrastructure.

We are delighted to officially announce a new practice at Granger Reis – Digital Infrastructure.

But, while the sector addition may be recent, the expertise is world class with the appointment of Steve Dargan to lead the team.

Steve is widely recognised as one of the foremost experts in the DI leadership market with more than 17 years’ experience. He joins us following a five-and-a-half-year tenure at Korn Ferry, where he was Global Market Leader in DI.

The expansion will see the new DI team align with GR’s core practice areas: Energy & Infrastructure; Mining & Metals; Real Estate; and Industrial Technologies. Their focus will be on data centres, towers and fibre as well as working with the world’s biggest tech, investment, and construction organisations.

And the new practice is already navigating the impact of AI, as organisations grapple with the critical need for leaders to create, develop and scale new ways of delivering this technology sustainably.

“Digital infrastructure drives all of our lives and Steve and the team bring unparalleled expertise and dedication in understanding the best people for the job in arguably the most influential businesses in the world.

“Our new DI offering aligns perfectly with our other world-leading practices, leveraging deep industry knowledge and commitment to delivering top-tier talent.

“Across the board, we will also continue to place planet and people at the heart of every possible decision to ensure the people in the top jobs have all our futures in mind, too.”

Jamie Page, Managing Partner

“The market has increasingly asked for a more agile, focused, and innovative approach to finding the best leadership talent in the Digital Infrastructure space.

“Moving to GR is a fantastic opportunity to address these requirements and for our growing team to align with the values and purpose of an organisation that has really understood what the global leadership future looks like."

Steve Dargan, Senior Partner and Practice Leader, Digital Infrastructure
