The focus was to strengthen Mace’s profile in the corporate real estate sector and grow their infrastructure offering across North & Latin America. Following recent major programme wins in Canada, such as the multi-billion-dollar Ontario Go Expansion programme, the right individual would be pivotal in building on the business corporate base.

We considered talent from across North America and international leaders with a track record of building high performing businesses and teams in the Americas. While credibility and insight in major programme delivery and evidence of leading sustainable growth of an advisor business was a pre-requisite, our evaluation through interviews, assessment and referencing focused on leadership behaviours and values to create a business centered on vision, purpose and values. Understanding leadership style, cultural fit and motivation was critical for Mace.

Priya Jain joined Mace from consultancy firm Atlas, where she served as Chief Growth Officer. Prior to that she led Atkins’ expansion in North America in the role of Senior Vice President for Sales and Strategy and senior roles within CH2M.
