What’s your sector focus at Granger Reis and why do you like it?
I focus on the mining value chain, working with global operators at the front end and industrial solutions, service and manufacturing companies that support day-to-day mining operations. My sector is a truly global one and exposes me to different cultures around the world.

What excites you about the future for the executive search industry?
The Search industry is going through huge change, we are in need to adapt new ways of working, removing the stuffy approach that is no longer the norm in a sector that is moving faster than ever.
