Andrew spent 33 years at KPMG, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1993 and went on to specialise in corporate finance transactions across the UK and internationally. As Senior Partner for KPMG in Bristol, he led a team of 600 people.

In 2023, Andrew established Unify Corporate Finance, a boutique advisory firm, where he continues to support ambitious organisations through periods of growth, change and transition. Alongside his client work, he holds a number of non-executive director roles across different sectors.

Andrew joined the board of Granger Reis in 2025, bringing sharp strategic insight, deep professional services experience, and a people-first mindset. His focus on culture, clarity and long-term value closely aligns with the firm’s purpose-driven growth plans.
