What’s your sector focus at Granger Reis and why do you like it?
I’m aligned to the Natural Resources practice at Granger Reis, working across the full value chain of our mining and metals, and processing industries clients. I love working in this sector because it’s an industry that enables our everyday lives – everything from our smartphones to cars to energy, as well as it now playing a crucial role in combating climate change. The sector is undergoing an incredible industry transformation encompassing technology and diversity and inclusion and I’m incredibly proud to be a part of that.

What excites you about the future for the executive search industry?
Like many industries, executive search has evolved and changed over the years - retiring the rolodex of contacts with more sophisticated and expansive networks and connections. As the war for talent and future of work trends are predicting further changes to way companies attract, retain and manage talent; the executive search industry will also have to continue to transform and evolve as well. This imminent evolution of our industry is super exciting.
