What’s your sector focus at Granger Reis and why do you like it?
I’m aligned to the Mining & Metals practice at Granger Reis. I love working in the mining sector because it’s an industry that enables our everyday lives – everything from our smartphones to cars to energy. The sector is undergoing an incredible industry transformation encompassing technology and diversity and inclusion – which I’m proud to be a part of.

What excites you about the future for the executive search industry?
The war for talent and future of work trends are predicting required changes to talent attraction and management; and as such the Executive Search industry will have to transform and evolve as well. This imminent evolution of our industry is super exciting.
