What’s your sector focus at Granger Reis and why do you like it?
My sector focus is the Digital Infrastructure space; it’s a fascinating market that fuels our daily activities - from professional tasks to social media interactions and streaming services like Netflix. The data centre industry is characterised by its tight-knit community, allowing us to establish personal connections with both candidates and clients, fostering significant relationships. The ever-growing demands for data centre capacity mean that the sector has seen huge growth as well as AI leading to predications of major exponential growth.
What excites you about the future for the executive search industry?
Being able to influence change through the companies we work with and hiring advocates for change is something I find very exciting. We can help increase diversity and inclusion in senior leadership positions as well as driving key initiatives such as sustainability in the data centre sector. Problem solving and creative thinking are a key part of our role, as well as in depth market analysis and building long lasting relationships, which combined create a very exciting opportunity.
