What’s your sector focus at Granger Reis and why do you like it?
I work across all areas of the business to drive efficiency and enhancement in the way the business operates and how we deliver services to our clients. With each improvement project I work with colleagues at Granger Reis to promote simplicity and agility in everything we do to ensure we are in the best position to respond to the changing needs of the markets we work in and the clients we work for.

What excites you about the future for the executive search industry?
The innovation wave we are currently entering (AI & IoT, robots & drones, clean tech) will have huge implications in the sectors we work and will be driven by the people leading the companies we work with. Being part of this industry means we get to play a role in that transition which will be an interesting journey.
