What’s your sector focus at Granger Reis and why do you like it?
My role focuses on Customer Experience and Marketing, both of which I love. We gain so much valuable data from listening to what our clients and candidates say about their experiences of working with us, which we then feedback internally to drive improvement projects. This not only helps to improve us as individuals and as a company, but also drives us forward in our goal to provide exceptional customer service to both our clients and candidates alike.
What excites you about the future for the executive search industry?
The executive search industry has a huge opportunity to impact on worldwide issues – from climate change to diversity & inclusion and mental health within the workplace. If we find the leaders that change global companies and whole industries for the better, we will have left one hell of a legacy and we should feel very proud of that!
In your opinion, what makes Granger Reis different?
We care. We care about the industries we work in, the clients and the candidates we represent, and for each other. We may be a relatively small team, but what we lack in size we make up for in passion and expertise. We also work in a wonderful way – flexible working has been fully embraced and there’s a level of trust from management that I’ve never experienced working anywhere else.
