She has over 25 years’ experience across strategy, organisational redesign, transformation, and using data & insight to drive competitive advantage, Clancy is a trusted advisor to executive teams and Boards.

Clancy was formerly a CHRO for a FTSE 250 business and is currently a non-executive director for Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust . She has previously held Non-Executive, Advisory and Executive roles including as a member of various Risk, Sustainability, Remuneration and Nomination Committees.

As an executive coach, Clancy has worked with both senior leaders and individuals who are on a leadership journey both as part of global leadership programmes and one to one.
