What’s your sector focus at Granger Reis and why do you like it?
I work within the natural resources sector focusing on the mining and metals industry. Mining plays a pivotal role in the net-zero transition by extracting the critical minerals essential for green technologies, such as batteries and renewable energy. The energy transition presents unique challenges for metals and mining companies, necessitating innovation and a redefined growth agenda. With this, the industry requires talent capable of driving these innovations and sustaining growth in a rapidly evolving landscape.
The industry is dynamic and continues to be forward-looking with significant potential for growth and positive impact on society and the environment.
