What’s your sector focus at Granger Reis and why do you like it?
Real Estate - I have a passion and enthusiasm for the property sector and built environment which I have had the pleasure of supporting for nearly 20 years. As our societies and economies evolve to meet the needs of the future some of the biggest challenges and changes we will see will be reflected in our human-built world and helping find the leaders who will meet these challenges is a privilege.

What excites you about the future for the executive search industry?
The role of the executive search professional has changed, no longer reliant on a small network or a ‘blackbook’, the modern search professional is a deep industry expert, a psychologist, a coach and advisor, an investigator and ultimately playing a vital part in securing the leaders of today’s and tomorrow’s businesses, this is truly exciting to be a part of.

In your opinion, what makes Granger Reis different?
Granger Reis is a nimble, agile and adaptive organisation, never ‘steady state’, self satisfied or indulgent in thinking we’ve arrived. We recognise the world moves, people and culture moves and we need to move with it and play our part in helping people find ways to make a positive difference for the future generations in the sectors we feel great passion for.
