Digital Infrastructure is an ever-growing sector, full of opportunity. The past year has shown the evolution of the data centre market, filled with innovation, sustainability and efficiency. What excites you about the future for the executive search industry?
The market is embracing data and disruptive technology, what excites me the most is the use of Artificial Intelligence. AI can make the overall process more efficient, giving us more time to focus on decision making, client and candidate experience and building relationships – the elements of the job I enjoy most.
