What’s your sector focus at Granger Reis and why do you like it?
As Head of Technology and Innovation, I initiate change. I make technology work for us in order to drive diversity, inclusion and sustainability in our market. As an executive search firm, we collect lots of valuable insights and data. It is my responsibility to interpret and visualise this data and ensure that data-driven choices are made.
What excites you about the future for the executive search industry?
The market is increasingly embracing data and technology. I am excited to see how this will allow us to place the right people in the right places so they can improve their industries. The endless opportunities when it comes to technology and how this will support creating equal opportunities gives me a lot of energy.
In your opinion, what makes Granger Reis different?
