\What excites you about the future for the executive search industry?
What excites me about the future of executive search is that we must think differently about who the best person for the role in question is. Diversity of background and diversity of thought is required to overcome the challenges the modern-day world brings. Our industry is at the forefront of that.

In your opinion, what makes Granger Reis different?
