What’s your sector focus at Granger Reis and why do you like it?
I have worked at Granger Reis since 2008 when it was set up – and have worked in every practice for the business throughout its various structures and have a very broad base. I am now working in Real Estate as development is such a creative space. I like puzzles and RE glues the complex life cycle of where we live together which I love.

What excites you about the future for the executive search industry?
It’s a critical market, labour is in such short supply and Exec search has largely been the same forever. Every other market has moved/evolved or died away, but most internal and external recruitment is still being executed by the same people in the same way it has been for decades. With the use of current technologies – it will be like giving fire to cavemen – everything could change.

In your opinion, what makes Granger Reis different?
We have always looked to improve every aspect of the business and our service, the culture is one of excellence. GR looks to recruit and develop the best talent in the market, giving them an environment to achieve. By surrounding yourself with diverse and driven talented individuals – you naturally work at a higher level. Hierarchy is not a thing – a good idea is always a good idea no matter your level.
