What’s your sector focus at Granger Reis and why do you like it?
I have been with Granger Reis since its inception in 2008, working across various practices and gaining a broad base of experience. Currently, I am immersed in the Natural Resources sector, a space that presents unique and intriguing challenges. The global nature of our searches, akin to solving puzzles, is particularly stimulating. Moreover, the raw materials and manufactured goods our clients provide serve as the foundation for everything in the built environment, a dynamic I find fascinating.

What excites you about the future for the executive search industry?
Executive search, when done properly, is a critical market for the success of businesses that want to be truly impactful. They need to have the best possible talent to achieve their goals, and that is the service Executive Search should provide. Labour is in such short supply globally, and Executive search has largely remained the same since becoming a recognised industry in the 1940s. Every other market has either developed/evolved or died away in this time, but most internal and external recruitment is still being executed by the same people in the same way it has been for decades. I am proud to be part of a forward-focused, evolving disrupter in the industry and look forward to continuing to set the new standard for our competitors to meet.
