What’s your sector focus at Granger Reis and why do you like it?
My work at Granger Reis is focused on Real Assets Investment & Advisory across Europe & North America. I particularly enjoy working with clients who have an appetite to scale their businesses by expanding into new international markets.

What excites you about the future for the executive search industry?
Search is far more important to our clients now than it has ever been. I look forward to the positive change in our industry that will allow clients to future proof their businesses in a more modern way; by being creative in thinking outside of the box and being brave enough to look beyond the obvious.

In your opinion, what makes Granger Reis different?
Everything. This company bears no resemblance to any search firm I am aware of. We are building the new.
