What’s your sector focus at Granger Reis and why do you like it?
My work at Granger Reis is focused on Real Estate Investment & Advisory across EMEA & North America. I particularly enjoy representing large global clients and assisting them and their portfolio companies on a local level to exploit opportunities in emerging markets and asset classes.

What excites you about the future for the executive search industry?
Search is far more important to our clients now than it has ever been. I look forward to the positive change in our industry that will enable our clients to future proof their businesses in a more modern way; by balancing their leadership compositions, hiring diverse and impactful senior leaders, implementing market leading ESG strategies and capturing & using data & technology to make better decisions.

In your opinion, what makes Granger Reis different?
Everything. This company bears no resemblance to any search firm I have ever come across before. We are constantly pushing boundaries and looking for ways to be better. We are undoubtedly at the forefront of driving positive change in the world of executive search.
