What’s your sector focus at Granger Reis and why do you like it?
I specialise in Engineering, Construction, Infrastructure and Real Estate. I love the tangible nature of the projects that we get exposed to and the legacy our clients leave behind. They are also sectors that can have a lasting impact on the environment and playing our part to help impact this for the better is a real driver for me.

What excites you about the future for the executive search industry?
Our Industry is over 65 years old and has fundamentally changed little in that time. It is therefore open for massive disruption! I am excited about the deliberate and purpose driven way we as a business will wield the unique opportunity we have to affect the Diversity and Inclusion agenda in those businesses we partner with.

In your opinion, what makes Granger Reis different?
Small is beautiful. It’s a statement used a lot, but I truly believe it is accurate. We cannot expect to influence our clients or advise on important issues like sustainability or inclusion if we are not taking a proactive stance on this ourselves. Our size offers us freedom to create, to challenge everything without the burden of internal politics and to build something truly unique.
