I focus on Energy & Infrastructure - a sector that impacts our lives more than any other but which remains a mystery to many. Having the chance to understand its inner workings, as well as the players involved, is truly fascinating.

What excites you about the future for the executive search industry?
Faith in our institutions has been shaken in modern times and positive, ambitious, moral leadership will play a major role in restoring it. We can be a part of this, leveraging new technology as a tool, whilst retaining the human element that defines our industry.
