What’s your sector focus at Granger Reis and why do you like it?
I support the Managing Partner, Jamie across many different aspects of the business internally, and externally in the Engineering, Construction, Energy & Infrastructure and Real Estate sectors. I have always enjoyed working with the clients and candidates and being part of their journey as they embark on the next step of their career.

What excites you about the future for the executive search industry?
I have been working in Executive Search for 11 years and it has been exciting to see all the changes the industry has had especially around Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. To be part of shaping the leaders of today and tomorrow is a privilege.
