What’s your sector focus at Granger Reis and why do you like it?
I work within the Digital Infrastructure practice, with a targeted focus on Data Centre's; covering the full lifecycle from investment, design & build and commercial and technical operations. I love this sector due to the direct impact we have on shaping the digital landscape in a modern and technically advanced world. I love the fast-paced nature of the sector which allows me to be creative in providing solutions for our clients' problems at speed.

What excites you about the future for the executive search industry?
New technology excites me. The disruption in executive search with the adaptation and integration of AI has advanced the industry to provide a more agile and insightful approach. Whilst using my critical thinking skills to provide an excellent service to our clients.
