What’s your sector focus at Granger Reis and why do you like it?
I support the team of Natural Resources focusing on Mining, Metals and Energy. It’s a huge industry, and the projects we get to work on are diverse, global, life-changing, and so impactful for our clients and our candidates. The companies we work with have a huge impact on our environment and our future, and it’s amazing to be a part of that.

What excites you about the future for the executive search industry?
Our industry is ever-changing and evolving, we are really making a difference in people’s lives for the better, and we endeavour to bring equality and diversity to our clients.

In your opinion, what makes Granger Reis different?
Granger Reis does feel like a family (in the most professional sense). Because we are a reasonably small team, I feel I know something about everyone I work with. Also, the people we do have are such sector specialists and passionate about their work it makes me a harder worker.
