What’s your sector focus at Granger Reis and why do you like it?
As a Senior Associate within the Natural Resources practice, my main focus is the research and delivery of executive placements within Projects and Health and Safety leadership, on an international basis. Prior to joining Granger Reis, I studied Spanish and Portuguese at the University of Bristol, during which time I worked and lived in Argentina and Portugal. Drawing upon these skills, I utilise my language capabilities throughout projects across South America to support the team’s growing portfolio of work across the region.

What excites you about the future for the executive search industry?
I am excited to see how Granger Reis can continue to evolve through technology and innovation to support clients in finding and placing individuals whose impact will ultimately change the world and the way in which we experience it; whether that is in the mining, infrastructure, energy, advanced technology or real estate industries.

In your opinion, what makes Granger Reis different?
I believe that Granger Reis are striving to make a fundamental difference to all the sectors in which they work, by understanding how the everchanging world is affecting businesses and the individuals who work within them. By identifying the future talent for these sectors, Granger Reis are incredibly influential in revolutionising businesses to be the best version they can be.
