What’s your sector focus at Granger Reis and why do you like it?
As a Senior Associate within the Mining and Metals practice, my main focus is the research and delivery of executive placements within Projects and Health and Safety leadership, on an international basis. Prior to joining Granger Reis, I studied Spanish and Portuguese at the University of Bristol, during which time I worked and lived in Argentina and Portugal. Drawing upon these skills, I utilise my language capabilities throughout projects across South America to support the team’s growing portfolio of work across the region.

What excites you about the future for the executive search industry?
I am very excited to understand how Granger Reis can support clients in finding and placing individuals who will facilitate the working aims of their businesses in a world of constant change, and proactively contribute to this new and influential approach to the future.

In your opinion, what makes Granger Reis different?
I believe that Granger Reis are striving to make a fundamental difference to all the sectors in which they work, by understanding how the everchanging world is affecting businesses and the individuals who work within them.
