What excites you about the future for the executive search industry?
The role and influence we can have on identifying the future leaders for the clients we partner with, and in turn the influence they can have on delivering net-zero and a sustainable future. Additionally, the world needs leaders who think differently, and we need to think differently to seek these leaders. It is a time of change and that excites me.

In your opinion, what makes Granger Reis different?
Our culture, our people and our determination to push the boundaries of what hasn’t been done before. We have been on a journey and have arrived at a point where we already know we deliver an excellent service. In doing so, we are prepared to be flexible in our approach and delivery. Now we intend to deliver on our purpose and guiding principles to challenge and support our clients, embracing technology to increase our chances of success and increased service delivery.
