Richard founded Granger Reis in 2008 and has more than 30 years' experience advising organisations across the global Real Estate and Industrial sectors.

As Founder, he leads the strategic direction of the firm while continuing to work closely with Boards and CEOs, providing executive search, leadership advisory and assessment services on many of the firm's assignments.

Richard began his career as a civil engineer before co-founding his first business in 2000. He remains passionate about helping organisations make confident leadership decisions that drive long-term success. He is married and has two daughters.
