What’s your sector focus at Granger Reis and why do you like it?
My focus is on the Digital Infrastructure space, which is a fast paced and rapidly growing sector. It’s exciting to help our clients respond and evolve to support businesses utilising advanced technologies and an increasingly digitalised society. The rapid growth of the market has required us to think creatively about solving talent problems, as the demand for quality senior leadership outstrips the supply. We enjoy solving the complex problems!

What excites you about the future for the executive search industry?
Emerging technology will increase our speed of delivery and improve insight for clients, allowing for more agile delivery and ‘actionable’ insight. This in turn will inform our approach to searches and provide an enhanced client experience overall.
