What’s your sector focus at Granger Reis and why do you like it?
I'm part of the Mining & Metals practice at Granger Reis, joining at a pivotal time in their growth. I've stepped back into the mining sector after 5 years working in the FMCG/consumer sector at Campbell Reed. Previously I spent 12 years at Korn Ferry in Vancouver and London, specialising in mining and engineering positions. I was keen to get back into the industry due to its global impact, technological advancements and economic significance.

What excites you about the future for the executive search industry?
I've worked in Executive Search for nearly 20 years and it's exciting to see the advent of AI and the tools used in our industry to make us more efficient. However, this won't take away from what search is; a people and relationship based business.

In your opinion, what makes Granger Reis different?
Granger Reis is a medium sized boutique who are becoming a serious competitor to the major SHREK firms due to the knowledge in their market sectors and agility to serve their clients, not to mention at being a values based business, also striving to become a B Corp.
