What’s your sector focus at Granger Reis and why do you like it?
I am a Partner of the Real Estate practice area. I have always been excited and motivated by the breadth and variety of clients and sector areas in which we work; whether it is the housing crisis, the evolution of the high-street or the development of critical infrastructure, we are supporting market leading organisations to address their most significant leadership challenges.

What excites you about the future for the executive search industry?
There is genuinely an opportunity to do things differently and I really believe we have the chance to instigate this change – digital technology and executive search are compatible and we are going to prove it.
