What’s your sector focus at Granger Reis and why do you like it?
I am an Executive Assistant to Jamie Griffiths-Mead whose work centres around Real Estate Investment & Advisory across EMEA & North America. I am extremely motivated to be part of a rapidly growing sector with extensive experience in delivering excellent leaders.

What excites you about the future for the executive search industry?
The fact that everyone has a genuine passion and drive for what they do. It really does feel like a family environment that supports and encourages each other to succeed. I have never worked in an environment where every single person strives to be the best at what they do until I worked here.

In your opinion, what makes Granger Reis different?
I find it exciting to be part of a sector that is constantly adapting and evolving. We are increasing diverse talent, using sophisticated and innovative search methods and connecting people to new opportunities, helping them to develop their careers and creating a positive change in the industry.
