What’s your sector focus at Granger Reis and why do you like it?
I am currently assigned to the Natural Resources practice, however in my tenure in Granger Reis I have had the pleasure of working within our other practices of Real Assets and Advanced Technology. Specifically, I have mostly delivered General Manager and Director searches across operations, technical functions, as well as sustainability leadership for mining operators and industrial manufacturing businesses. I believe that the Natural Resources practice has huge potential to impact our vision as a company – to create influential change in organisations and industries that matter. The mining and metals industry has an enormous opportunity to benefit from new leadership and fresh ideas as they look to embrace new technology and new perspectives on sustainability and diversity.
What excites you about the future for the executive search industry?
Knowing that through the influence that executive search and management consulting can have on Senior Leaders in industry, there is a huge opportunity for change and to keep getting better. The world is changing, and it is up to us as the conduit between people and organisations to make sure that these companies keep up with what is important to the workers and the rest of society.
In your opinion, what makes Granger Reis different?
