What’s your sector focus at Granger Reis and why do you like it?
My expertise spans the Advanced Technology and Real Assets sectors, working with Private Equity investors to support Board and C-Suite appointments in their portfolio companies. Our work covers digital infrastructure, climate technology, energy transition and areas such as the circular economy which are dynamic, high growth and global in their talent needs. These sectors are particularly interesting to me, because they have a strong purpose, are innovative and we can feel proud of the impact leaders we place will have from an economic, social and environmental perspective.
What excites you about the future for the executive search industry?
I see a huge opportunity for data, technology and assessment tools to increase the diversity of leadership talent considered and insight on their value to a client. Informing and assuring how a client invests in future leaders is powerful and gives both the client and candidate the confidence to make bold decisions, adjust strategies, career paths and drive change.
In your opinion, what makes Granger Reis different?
We care about and measure our client experience and candidate experiences. We measure this, we learn from this, we embrace change and have a purpose to secure leaders who will affect positive change.
