What’s your sector focus at Granger Reis and why do you like it?
I specialise in the Energy & Infrastructure sector, partnering with clients across construction & engineering, transport and utility sectors. It’s an industry that’s tangible and I’m pleased to work with our clients to secure leaders who will drive greater economic, social and environmental impact.

What excites you about the future for the executive search industry?
I see a huge opportunity for data, technology and assessment tools to increase the diversity of leadership talent considered and insight on their value to a client. Informing and assuring how a client invests in future leaders is powerful and gives both the client and candidate the confidence to make bold decisions, adjust strategies, career paths and drive change.
