What Drives Us

We're not fighting the old, we're building the new

Established in 2008, since we've started, we've always strived for better

Our Guiding Principles
Inhabit change Celebrate authenticity Agility loves simplicity Telling inconvenient truths

We are always evolving. In a constant state of learning, growing & progress. Together, with our clients, we embrace tomorrow’s world.

We encourage our clients to think bigger. To think about the impact their next hire can have on topics such as climate change, inclusion and diversity.

We work to the triple bottom line – planet, people & profit. We have recently committed to securing B Corp status - driving us to embed governance and processes that means we are committed to Net Zero and beyond.

We’re a work in progress, but confidence is found in sharing our journey to do better, to be better.

Staying true to our authentic selves will set us apart. For us, a diverse workforce is a show of strength. Whatever your religion, ethnicity, race or sexuality we expect all be treated equally. There are no differences or preferences when you work with us – everyone is treated with openness & acceptance.

Every employee is offered training with Clear Company, which is intended to teach inclusivity and the ability to embrace your authentic self. We are seeking long term, constructive change in our people, so that they are able to bring the best version of themselves to work.

Striving to keep things simple & agile; relatable, uncomplicated & above all, valuable to our clients.

We are harnessing efficient ways to progress both the industry and our own work. We constantly seek out ways to make our working process simpler and easier, using technology to free us from process, and giving us more time to do deeper, better work.

To us, integrity means never being afraid to confront & challenge. We call it ‘respectful friction’. Facing the truth means we can work with reality to solve problems together. We tell clients - and our industry - what they need to hear. We’re not afraid to voice our opinion, or make ourselves heard above the noise.

We’ve always been looking forward. At what’s next, what’s valuable, what matters. We’ve always sought to help businesses shape their futures. To influence meaningful change. The world has always been changing, but right now we’re at a point of inflection; a moment in time when the decisions we make hold more power than ever. And in a shifting global landscape, we’re helping businesses shape not only their own futures, but the future of the planet.

The time is now. We’re working with clients to build something new. Something that makes a difference.

Specialists in executive search for Real Estate, Energy & Infrastructure, Mining & Metals and Industrial Technologies, we understand the challenges of modern leadership in sectors where the landscape is being transformed. But we also know the opportunities this shift presents the organisations ready to embrace real, meaningful change.

We know that by aligning our clients' cultural and strategic aims, we can help make their businesses stronger, more sustainable...set to shape the future of something far more significant.

Our B Corp Journey

A certified B Corp is a business that meets the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, public transparency, and legal accountability to balance profit and purpose.

Granger Reis is on a mission to become a certified B-Corp. We want to put our money where our mouth is and reach for the highest standards of corporate social responsibility; benefiting our environment, employees and wider community as a whole. We’re currently in the process of completing our B Impact Assessment and hope to be in a position to submit for certification by Spring 2023. We’re excited to be on this journey of positive change.
