The first step on our journey has seen us form a partnership with successful technology business Robora to develop a co-created piece of conversational AI that will transform the search market: Kaiya.ai

Unlike typical software tools, Kaiya sits within GR as a team member, seamlessly integrating into the workforce, comprehending and navigating the intricate dynamics of senior placements and relationship management.

Leveraging state-of-the-art machine learning and AI language models, Kaiya.ai enhances the capabilities of search teams. It efficiently handles tasks often perceived as mundane or time-consuming in the search process. This includes conducting on-demand market research, analysing candidate profiles and CVs, and drafting content. By optimising workflow and ensuring optimal candidate fit, Kaiya.ai currently saves approximately one hour per day for each team member.
