Welcoming four new joiners to Mining and Metals

New Mining & Metals joiners

We are delighted to announce four new joiners to our Mining & Metals Practice.

Rosanna Lyman joins as Principal of Delivery; James Laing as Senior Associate; Oliver Thornhill as Associate; and Kathryn Brenna as Executive Assistant.

The expansion of the Mining & Metals team is testimony to the hard work from the existing team over the past 12 months, seeing an exponential shift in growth from current clients.

James Laing, originally from Canada and holding a degree in Political Science and Government Communications, comes to us from Hays Executive Search where he has been working on Government mandates in the South East.

Rosanna Lyman was originally with Campbell Reed and previously worked for Korn Ferry for over 11 years based in both Vancouver, Canada and in London, UK. She has a great depth of knowledge in the Mining & Metals space and had worked on projects with some of our team prior to joining the business.

Oliver Thornhill has been working at Recruitment Mergers, part of the Headford Group, based in Bristol. He has been working as a Deal Origination Consultant where his role involved detailed market research analysis and due diligence, financial modelling, winning new clients and shaping potential deals.

Kathryn Brenna has more than10 years’ experience in an EA role starting her career with PwC. Since 2018 Kathryn was running her own Virtual EA business working for clients across the UK and internationally.
